  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF MY REGISTRATION?

    Your conference registration of $1,099 + GST per person (interstate) and $999 + GST (Adelaide based) includes full and open access to all sessions, events, our opulent Gala Dinner as well as flights and luxury accommodation. As applicable, lunch and breaks are also included. Conference attendees are responsible for all expenses outside of the agenda. 

  • ARE ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICING?

    Absolutely! If you’re interstate, your flights and accommodation are included in the ticket pricing. We’ve got a lower cost package for those local to Adelaide that omits the flight costing.

  • CAN I PAY FOR MY ATTENDANCE THROUGH COMMISSIONS?

    Yes, all we need is a $499 + GST deposit through a credit card. The remaining balance can be applied through commissions in 3 equal instalments across 3 months.

  • WHO CAN ATTEND THE GALA DINNER?

    You and anyone from your business can attend – whether a loan writer or admin staff, the ticket included in the Summit fee of $1,099 + GST. Additionally, you may purchase a ticket for a guest for $249 + GST. 
  • WHERE WILL THE CONFERENCE BE HELD?

    The conference will be hosted at Marriott Adelaide Hotel, one of Australia’s newest 5-star hotels.

  • WHERE WILL THE GALA DINNER BE HELD?

    This year we’ve got the amazing Adelaide Town Hall lined up! 

  • CAN I REGISTER MORE THAN ONE TEAM MEMBER AT ONCE?

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

    Smart casual for conference and cocktail for the Gala dinner.

  • CAN ADMINISTRATION AND LOAN SUPPORT STAFF ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?

    Absolutely! We encourage anyone in your team wanting to broaden their knowledge to attend. 

  • CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

    You certainly can! To book any additional nights or have queries regarding your accommodation (including paid upgrade requests), see the instructions below:

    • Adelaide Marriott Hotel is pleased to offer Finsure Commercial 2025 guests a special nightly rate of $305 in a Superior King Room (one person breakfast included). Payment will be taken upon arrival. Click here to make your booking.
    • Note, 1 night is included, In 23rd July, Out 24th July (Perth delegates has two nights, In 22nd July, Out 24th July)
    • The Marriott Adelaide Hotel Reservations will provide a confirmation of any additional room nights booked, directly to you
    • Pre and post bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and not guaranteed.
    • You can cancel the pre/post accommodation directly with the hotel up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this date will incur cancellation equal to the total of the room nights cancelled.  
  • CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    Cancellations need to be notified to Finsure Management or FCM Meetings & Events as soon as possible. By registering for the conference, you are acknowledging your commitment to the conference and agree that any penalties or cancellation fees incurred by Finsure will be passed on to you should you have to cancel at a later date. Please note that partial refunds will not be available if you are unable to attend a conference function. Note: all conference fees refunds are at the discretion of Finsure management and our team.

  • WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW ANYBODY ELSE GOING?

    Then you’re perfect for the event! This is a great opportunity to meet tons of new people who are working in the same industry as you, we’ve included plenty of time for networking in the agenda. You’ll leave with lots of new connections, some of whom may be able to help you in the future. We’re all about helping, educating and supporting each other and you’ll be in great company.

  • HOW LONG IS REGISTRATION OPEN?

    The last date to register is 31st May 2025, however please note our Commercial and Diversified Finance Summits sell out fast and we expect a sold-out crowd this year so don’t wait until the last minute. Register now to reserve your place.

  • WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

    We encourage you to dress for professional success and to use the conference as an occasion to dust off your smart casual attire and get comfortable in it. Dress for success, in however that feels comfortable to you!

  • CAN I SUBSTITUTE/TRANSFER SOMEONE ELSE FROM MY TEAM TO ATTEND THE SUMMIT?

    This is at the discretion of Finsure management and depends on the timing of the request. Additional charge may apply.

  • HOW MANY CPD HOURS DO I GET FOR THE SUMMIT?

    The maximum CPD hours an attendee could obtain by attending the conference is 5 hours.

  • OTHER RULES AND CONDITIONS

    • Your attendance at all sessions at this summit is compulsory.
    • Tickets to the conference cannot be converted to cash payments or any other awards or benefits to be used by a Broker if they do not attend the conference, nor can tickets be transferred for use at another time.
    • Any confusion or dispute will be referred to Finsure Management.
